i write this entry 3 days after i step my foot in korea… yeah… finally my journey in changmin’s motherland begun…

Grace, Joel and I arrived at Incheon international airport around 7am… honestly the 10 hours journey with MAS is not really the best experience… i got backache and with my heavy luggage people look at me like wanna climb up the everest… seriously!

all the process went smoothly. we dont have any problem with custom and imigration. when we went to arriving hall, i saw donkuk uni and kyunghee uni banner, but where is my hankuk uni banner? i started to get sweat… OMG SUN! am i have to be like song hae kyo in full house? hankuk uni send email to me said someone name Choi Ye Jin will pick me up but she is no where to be found. fortunately i have her contact number and kyunghee representative are so kind help me contact her. after 5 minute i saw her come to me… she is really young… around 20 years old.. and the best thing is she speak english very well.

both of us go out from incheon airport to take bus 6002 to Cheongnyangni Station, the last stop for the bus. the weather outside the airport is really cold.. it is about 0 degree. waaaaa! it’s like walking in the refrigerator for me! the ride took about 1 hour and half… the view all the way from incheon to Cheongnyangni is really nice… i cross the Hangang river and can see the Dongdaemun gate. Hangang River is really nice. i wish i can visit this place again… but seem it far from my uni…

after arrived at Cheongnyangni station, we have to take taxi to hankuk uni. again the taxi driver got hard time to deal with my luggage… huhuhu… from Cheongnyangni station to Hankuk uni just need 15 min. Hankuk uni is not really big coz it is located in the middle of town. because there is construction in front of the main building, taxi ajjushi have to circle the main building to go to globee dormitory where i should stay. and again i have to deal with my super heavy luggage! huwaaaaaa….

Ye Jin help me get the room key from security office. how the key looks? i’ll show u later. using elevator, a really nice elevator, not like our elevator at rumah kos rendah, Ye Jin and me go to level 8 and my room number is 807. when we open the door my roomate still sleeping. so we wait outside while she wash up. my roomate name is Choi Yeon Ju (seem i meet a lot of Choi here… hope i will see Choi Kang Changmin soon… ^__^). My room is not too small but too big either. it just nice for 2 people and it’s complete with shower stall and toilet. so i only share it with my roomate.

after i put my luggage, Ye jin and me went to E-mart to get my basic thing like toothbrush, shower cream and etc. we just walking to E-mart and it’s just take 10 minutes walking from my dorm and plus the weather is really nice, so i dont mind walking. i wanna buy blanket but there’s no blanket for single bed. and another thing that make me sad, e-mart sold everything in pack. it’s maybe cheap but i not using that much! why should i buy 5 toothbrush in one time?!

Came back from e-mart, Ye Jin show me around Hankuk Uni. hankuk uni is not really big so we dont take a lot of time. surprisingly, i’m not feel tired or suffer from jet lag. it’s a good thing i arrived on sunday, so there’s not much people around. End of the tour i bid Ye Jin goodbye and went back to my room. i start unpacking my things. i still worried coz i didnt get my blanket yet. am i able to survive with this cold weather tonight?

when my roomate asked me is there anything that i need,  without hesitate i asked her to company me looking for blanket.. yeaaa… she agreed! then we walk about 10 minutes to the blanket shop. the ajjushi that sell the blanket is really nice. he patiently explain to me the type of blanket and of course my roomate be my free translator. i bought nice pink blanket. again it is PINK! but i dont care much coz i’m happy enough coz i got the blanket!

at night there’s nothing much i do except tidy up my things. my roomate went out with her friends. i think i slept early that night. i dont have watch and my handphone cannot turn on. Blame my stupid brother didnt gave the pin code to me! i think that’s all with my first day in Korea. I will upload the picture later…
